You never know when you need that extra help and it’s good to know that there’s someone on the end of a phone who can help you.  We often do remote support taking over your computer temporarily to help you relsove computer issues, but when working with websites we don’t normally need to do that.  Note that if you are an existing web client the charge is £60/hr pro rata.
